Nothing.

My plan for yesterday was to roll up my sleeves, dip my brush into the paint and get the last six cabinet doors for the breakfast bar and powder room painted.  Didn’t happen.  I went out to lunch with a friend and worked hard at clearing the shows off of my DVR.  Yep, did nothing.

In the past I would have needed to have felt sick to give myself permission to do nothing.  Not anymore.  Sometimes we just need a day for us.  Yesterday was one of those days for me.

Do you take time to do ONLY want you want to do?  I promise life will continue on without you being front and center and plugged in.  If you had NO responsibilities today, what would you do?  Now, find a day to do just that.

Your mind, heart and soul will fill up on the nothing.  Life is good.
