Joseph Kimutis Fund donates $1,000 to Helping Hands.

The Joseph Kimutis Memorial fund has donated $1,000 to the organization, Helping Hands, through St. Barbara Church.

Our donation last year to this organization:

Helped to provide assistance to area fire victims.

Helped to purchase Christmas gifts for families in need.

Purchased fabric to make blankets for a Dialysis Clinic and the American Cancer Society. Also, made dresses for little girls in the Haiti Project and to make beads of courage bags for children in Children’s Hospital undergoing lifesaving procedures.

Helped to provide bologna sandwiches the second Wednesday of each month at the Jubilee Kitchen of Pittsburgh.

Helped with miscellaneous projects when needed.

John, Sadie and I are all grateful to everyone who helps to make this possible for us. Because of your kindness and generosity good things are happening in memory of our son and brother, Joe.

This December 10th is our annual Joseph Kimutis Memorial Spaghetti dinner at Our Lady of Grace School cafeteria. It would be so wonderful to have you join us for dinner. It is hard to believe that it has been more than five and a half years since I hugged my boy for the last time. Life isn’t always easy when you are missing a child. Doing good things in memory of Joe makes living life without him so much better. He was a kind and loving guy and I just love that his kindness continues.

The reason I tell you about all that we do in memory of Joe is because we want to let you know is is only possible with the kindness and generosity of all of you.

So, thank you very much for your continued support of our family. We greatly appreciate it!
